1:1 Breathwork Sessions
A deep dive into the area you need to focus on. Layers are revealed and a focused and interactive session will allow you to work toward healing and beyond in a safe and private space. These sessions can be done online via Zoom or in person in my space or yours. Breathwork and integration session.

Breaking Barriers
A 1-on-1 support container for 4 weeks to support you fully in your soul healing, growth and awakening, wherever you may be in your journey. Starting with the discovery and revelation of your stagnant energy and holdbacks. We become aware and move forward in a safe and sacred container of support and love. Breathwork and integration sessions with support and activities in between sessions.

My background is in marketing, web design, graphic design and photography, I have had years of experience in business and have always returned to my desire for being an entrepreneur who serves for the right reasons, reasons that are in dedication to my values and in honour of my inner calling.
