What is Awair Breathwork

AWAIR Breathwork is a practice that combines the ancient and modern techniques of breathwork, the frequency of music and breathing meditation to bring awareness to our being. We access non-ordinary states of consciousness to quiet the conscious mind and release held emotion and pain.

The process is usually multi-layered depending on where you are in your spiritual journey. As you move forward, new levels of thought reality and insights are released into your consciousness. You become more in tune with your highest self, your purpose will bloom.

The Benefits

There are many benefits to the breath and use of different techniques in everyday life and specific situations. The research is still undergoing and many new benefits are being discovered. Some of the benefits that I have come to experience with are:

  • relaxation and stress relief

  • strengthen immunity

  • reduce chronic pain

  • reduce inflammation in the body

  • more energized

  • an outlook of positivity

  • better mood and a general feeling of well being

  • feeling less anxious

The Science

We carry years of conditioning, beliefs and behaviours that have made up our mind’s thoughts. These thoughts are believed to be held in the subconscious of our brain, an area of which we are not actively aware of. Breathwork allows us to safely access this part of our psyche.

When we access an unordinary state of consciousness with breathwork (or other tools) we can more easily bring the monkey mind (cerebral cortex) to rest and bring forth the power of the subconscious mind.

In this state of being our brain experiences a shift in frequency from the everyday ‘beta’ frequency to slower and deeper waves of frequency such as alpha, theta, and gamma. The benefits of slowing down the brain waves are those such as; restorative sleep, natural healing, a sense of calm and peace, insights and clarity.

Why AWAIR Breath?

My core belief is that healing and wisdom come from within. When you are connected to your highest self (the most loving and wise version) is surrendered to your reality.

When layers are peeled back we are able to find this inner wisdom and move forward in life. Finding our true purpose and feeling happy about life. Breath is work and this is the most transformational tool that I have come across that has helped so many people in understanding their own psyche or what some may view as their spiritual being.

I believe in moving through life in the way nature intended. As you observe how nature ebbs and flows, grows and dies, rises and falls remember that we are a part off this cycle as well. We are all a part of the vibration of this planet and beyond, when our frequency is out of alignment we have the tools to realign within us, with the breath.
